To serve two hungry tummies all you need is:

pounds Prince Edward Island mussels

large shallots (or 1 large onion) chopped fine

or 5 strips of bacon, diced

cup of fresh parsley, chopped
1/2
cup crumbled blue cheese
3
cups white wine - ~ 1 bottle of wine (including a glass for you)
1 large pot
