Head on into Nine Pin and grab your cider first, you'll run into the owner, Alejandro, as he pours your choice of cider. I chose the original - it was so refreshing!
Then walk outside to the food truck in the loading dock area and place your order. The sliders come out super fast, so don't wander far!
The Slidin' Dirty food truck specials rotate on a frequent basis, but you can locate the main menu items here.
Yesterday they had:
(AMAZING) Avocado Fries
The Dirty Hottie: Pepper jack, arugula, jalapeno, tomato, red onion, avocado, chipotle cream
The Dirty Cowboy: Cheddar, bacon, arugula, tomato, jalapeno, friend onion, BBQ sauce
The Dirty Da Vinci: Provelone, arugula, roasted red pepper, friend onion, pesto, balsamic reduction
Buffalo Bacon Ranch: Cheddar, bacon, arugula, tomato, fried onion, buffalo ranch.
Old Faithful: Cheddar cheese, arugula, tomato, red onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard
They set up small tables both inside and outside, so get there early and find yourself a seat.

These avocado fries are wonderful. They have a perfectly crisp outside with a soft and creamy center. They give you the option of a chipolte or horseradish cream sauce, get both.
You can get two sliders & an appetizer for $10, a pretty great deal if you ask me. These are decent size sliders, too, so they'll fill you up!

I just can't get enough of these little beauties...they're masterpieces on buns!
I really can't decide which one is my favorite so I'll let you be the judge.
