I've mentioned the City Beer Hall in the past (here, here, & here), but haven't updated you on them in quite some time and thought a short brunch post was due.
It's no secret and I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm an eggs benny addict. I could quite possibly eat it every day for the rest of my life (although that would be incredibly unhealthy).
As part of their updated menu the CBH switched up their eggs benedict option to include smoked brisket and caramelized onions with a sage hollandaise sauce.
The brisket and onions were great, but the star of the show was definitely the hollandaise sauce. I couldn't get enough of it!
Alexa ordered the B&B Omelette with bacon, broccoli, shallots and fontina.
I didn't try it, but Alexa said she really enjoyed it.
What do you think....will you give the Brisket Benny a try next weekend?
