I quickly (and happily) agreed and began looking over their online menu while trying not to drool as I read over all of the mouth watering options.
I asked my friend Alexa to join in on the fun with me so we could make a night of it and establish new connections with other bloggers in the Capital Region.
*(Please excuse some of the photos, as I had a minor camera malfunction)

We were greeted by an attractive outside lounge and seating area with deliciously warm heat lamps that will keep you cozy and comfortable for as long as you wish.
Each course started off with a sample from the drink menu. We had a few options to choose from for the first course and chose the Fresh Apple Martini which included fall apples soaked in vodka, with ginger liqueur, cinnamon and honey. It was delicious and the perfect start to an amazing evening.

The Bonefish Grill has a wonderful atmosphere that is so warm and welcoming. We were given a variety of starters including Maryland crab cakes, edamame with salt and sugar, bang bang shrimp tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce, Singapore calamari, Ahi tuna sashimi, and fresh bread with a homemade pesto.

Third course started off with the Ménage à Trois red blend, one of my favorites. It was paired with three different types of fish that were executed to perfection.
From the left, Grouper with chimichurri sauce, salmon with spinach, bacon, and gorgonzola (my favorite), and tilapia with sweet Asian glaze (I think). They were extremely accommodating to my new blogger friend, Heather, who has an allergy to salmon.
Meet Alicia from The Wannabe Foodie and Heather from Then Heather Said. It was so wonderful to meet both of them and exchange blogging stories and tips, they've been in the blogosphere for quite some now and are full of so much knowledge.
For dessert we were given the Espresso martini with Svedka Vanilla Vodka, Kahlua, crème de cacao and espresso. Served with a chocolate sugared rim.
It was such a wonderful night and I look forward to going back again...maybe for brunch next time?! The menu is to die for!
